I figure you can never have too many t-shirts. Let me rephrase that, you can never have too many adorably cute and feminine t-shirts. There are too many options out there for any of you to still be walking around in those free shirts you got freshman year of college when you signed up for all of those credit cards. I always find myself needing something to throw on to run to Target or the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings, so I purchased The Mo Tee from Mod Cloth today to add to my stash. I purchased a gray hoodie about two weeks ago that should compliment it nicely.
I’ve been in pursuit of gray booties for several weeks and thought I was finally able to end my search. Majority of my shoes are Nine West for a two reasons: it’s a super affordable label and they carry larger sizes because yes, I do have big feet. *shrugs*
There were a few styles that I was going back and forth between and decided on the Nine West Idina Booties. Though the color didn’t look exactly gray on screen, I just wrote it off to the resolution of my monitor. Nevertheless, I should have gone with my first instinct. They arrived a few days ago and while I like the style alot and the shorter 3 1/2″ heel, the color is so not even gray. I’m not sure whose job it was to either A) select materials or B) write color descriptions, but either way, it looks like I’m back to the drawing board. Fortunately, they’re not a total fail because I still like them,I just won’t be able to pair the booties with gray. :/
