I usually wait until accessories are on sale at Aldo because they’re famous for they’re BOGO sales. I like cuff bracelets as they make a pretty bold statement. Though I usually go for more vintage-inspired styles, the Aldo Oricola Cuff Bracelet works for me. I know I said I wasn’t going to do any personal shopping until all of my Christmas shopping was done, but, it’s only $15. I’ll just cook one night over the weekend rather than eat out and I’ll be even.

I’ve wanted something like the Ija Designs Cuttlefish Ring for several weeks now. Granted, if I go thrifting, I probably could find a similar ring for 1/4 the price. However, if you’ll get plenty of wear out of something, it’s ok to spend a little bit more. My theory: if it’s going to be a staple, its worth the investment. The sterling silver ring was even featured in the October issue of 944 Magazine as a “Mild Obsession”. I happen to believe Ija Designs are brilliant so I can’t not purchase at least one piece. Let’s just call it an earlier birthday gift to myself.

I can never seem to acquire enough jewelry. Just when I think I have a pretty substantial assortment, I come across something else that I just have to have. Needless to say, I can’t wait to head to Houston for the holidays to hit Charming Charlie. It’s accessory heaven and super affordable. In the meantime, I’ve fall in love.
