I’ve been wild about rompers all year and couldn’t wait for the weather to warm. This is the second romper I’ve purchased thus far and I fell in love with it all over again once it arrived. It fits great and I’ll probably wear it out tomorrow night for drinks. Sidebar: I seriously need to get a new digital camera so that I can start posting pictures in outfits. I ended up gifting the one I bought on Black Friday so I’m suck with my Nikon Coolpix that I absolutely hate.
The sleeveless romper has ruffles on the pintucked front, shoulders and has a button-front closure with a Mandarin collar. It has a sash belt and is 23″ long from shoulder to elastic waist with a 5″ inseam. I think it’s adorable. Be sure to comment and let me know what you think. Unfortunately, it’s no longer available for purchase.

I’m sure I’ve said it before, but I’m absolutely in LOVE with rompers for the season. I was browsing one of my favorite (and incredibly priced) online boutiques and found the Mind Glow Romper. It is right on the mark and priced at $35.00, how could anyone possibly say no?

I picked up the Pure Energy Lilac Sleeveless Romper Dress from Target about a week or two ago and can’t wait to wear it. I fell in love with the print as I immediately thought it looked like a print you’d see from Boxing Kitten.

So tell me, are you into rompers for the season? Is there another trend that you’re all over? Be sure to comment and let me know.

One shoulder dresses come and leave, come and leave and come right back around again. It’s one of those trends that work if you buy just the right dress. I’m not really into one shoulder tops, but a dress, definitely, for social occasions. I found two great black one shoulder dresses (the Jessica London didn’t provide an image in black) that would be a nice, affordable addition to your closet. The first is available at Lulus’s (one of my favorite online shops) and the second, for my plus size fashion mavens, is available via Avenue.
The La La Love Dress features a one three quarter length sleeve with gathering at the hem. The neckline sweeps across your shoulders with slight pleating. The dress is also lined.

I know what my plus size fashionistas are thinking. Jessica London? You’ve got to be kidding. Trust me on this one. The asymmetric off shoulder, also available in black (the one I’d choose), would look phenomenal paired with a great belt.

I was really into skirts in high school, then I fell out of love, then I fell in love with skirts and dresses, fell out of love again, but now I’ve come full circle in a manner of speaking. Once I found the right cut and style to best compliment my curvature, I fully immersed myself in all things dresses. I’m really pleased with the Asos Curve collection thus far and can’t wait to see as more pieces get added to the line. The Asos Curve Gold Button Detail Dress is another of my favorites.
It features gold effect embossed button detailing and waist belt detail with roll up sleeves. This is prefect for the in between seasons look. Yep! I think I’ll have to order this one too.

Let me just say that I totally underestimated the power of lingerie. Either that, or just got really comfortable and lost sight of its importance. Don’t get me wrong, I have dozens of cute pairs of pjs, but there’s something to be said for slipping on some super sultry intimates. *clears throat* Without elaborating any further, let’s just say that I’m about to go on a lingerie shopping spree. I absolutely love the Torrid Hot-Pink and Black Zebra Mesh Babydoll and G-String Set and it is making its way home to me beyond the shadow of a doubt. I think a woman should be able to feel sexy regardless of her size, so hats off to Torrid for their wonderful collection of intimate apparel.
The hot-pink and black sheer mesh babydoll features lace detail on its molded cups, ruffles at the hem, and adjustable straps. Can we say playful and sexy at the same time. LOVES IT!
