I love all designers but Jimmy Choo is by far one of my favorite, I rarely see a shoe that doesn’t grab my attention. Unfortunately, they’re all very expensive so I put them into my Fantasy Files. The Jimmy Choo Darcy Sandals are no different. The metallic pony caged in sandal sits 4 1/2″ high with cut out detail that makes them show stoppers. Being priced at $1,115.00 also makes them a pocket breaker. I would love to turn some heads rocking them, but I’ll have to save a lot of pennies, nickels and dimes so they’re forever be in my Fantasy File. Are you feeling this Fantasy File? Fantasy Files: Oh Donna Karan, How Sweet It Is

How ridiculously killer are these pairs of Donna Karan shoes? I somehow missed when Joe Zee (Creative Director of ELLE Magazine for those of you who thought, “who?”) twitpic’d them about a week ago, but discovered them today and instantly began searching high and low for more information on each. When I think about about, I know they’re probably terribly expensive, so I guess it isn’t too important after all.

A Cinderella Story: Le Silla Jeweled D’orsay Pumps

If I were the totally fabulous 2010 Cinderella minus having to do all of that ridiculous cleaning and scrubbing on my hands and knees, the Le Silla Jewel D’orsey Pumps are exactly what I’d wearing. The peep toe shoes, priced at a whopping $2,795.00 feature sky high heel and are adorned with breathtaking jewels. I’m nowhere near a point of finding an acceptable reason to spend that amount of money of shoes, so I’ll continue to admire them from afar. Fantasy Files: Broussard Dulce Moccasin Wedges

As soon as I saw the Broussard Dulce Moccasin Wedges, I felt all warm and fuzzy inside. How can you not love them? The wedges are available in black, brown and neutral, but by far the brown are my absolute favorite.

The wedge is taking the “prep” looking to a completley sophisticated, high style level. The only downside to the purchase is the fact that I find it virtually impossible to wear close-toe shoes before September and I just couldn’t imagine having to wait months before getting the opportunity to wear them. *thinking* They are far more appropriate for Fall, so maybe the wait wouldn’t be so bad after all.

Fantasy Files: Giuseppe Zanotti Cross Over Studded Sandals

I get such a military feel from the Giuseppe Zanotti Cross Over Studded Sandals. The rounded open toe sandals feature wide canvas straps with flat silver metal studs all over and a leather stitched upper with zip closure. I’m sure I’ve said it before but Giuseppe Zanotti is one of my faaavvvvorite designers. Maybe one day, I’ll be willing to fork over the coins to get a pair of my very own. Until then, I’ll admire them on websites, magazines and celebrities feet who they’re given to enough though they can afford to…*takes deep breath* I digress.

The Italian made Balmain Metal Net Suede Sandals are stunning. They feature a round open toe, bronze color chain mail and studded straps at front and ankle. They have a suede and fine silver metal chain strap across instep and bronze metal back zip closure. Sweet!

If the Versace Python Cutout Platform Boots look familiar to you, you may have seem them Wednesday on everyone’s favorite new Barbie gone oh so wrong rap gimmick artist, Nicki Minaj. She wore them during a visit to BETs 106 & Park on Wednesday.

The orange python cutout long boots with tan leather inserts have a nearly 7″ heel and 3″ receded platform. The open toes feature pink stitch detail, tan stretch panels at side of foot a silver heel and a pink and orange strap at toes.

Fantasy Files: Sigerson Morrison Tall Bracelet Boots

Quite possibly the illest flat boots/sandals I’ve seen, the Sigerson Morrison Tall Bracelet Boots make the way to the top of my list of reasons why flat sandals are ok. I’ve pretty much always been a heels-kind-of girl, but I’d be lying if I said I weren’t loving the fact that diversity is king – or queen – now.

The boots feature silver hardware embellished elastic straps and a full back zip that supports approximate 16 3/4″ shaft. Something tells me if you have any type of calf muscles, you might just have a difficult time wearing them. Be sure to comment and let me know what you think.

I don’t know how or when my feet would ever make it into a pair of wedge sandals quite so d*mn ridiculously over the top badass, but I’ll be ready when – or if- that day comes. I think I’d have to make a cameo in a Lady Gaga video if I were wearing this babies. Either that or make my way onto a stage red carpet.

One of these days I will own a pair of Christian Louboutin. I just have to, really I do. Until that day comes, I’ll wear them in my dreams on my date with Trey Songz. Hey, a girl can dream right? The Christian Louboutin Leopard Suede-Strap Slingbacks are another shoe I have to put on my when I get rich I’m buying those list. I know I can’t be the only one with a list like that or am I?

If you checked out Fantasy Files Friday, you saw the snakeskin version of the Jimmy Choo Gleny Sandal. Browsing through sites, I came across Steve Madden Nanciee Sandals. We all k now Steve Madden is known for ripping off other people’s designs design-inspired looks and I can’t say that I’m upset because I really liked the Jimmy Choo Gleny Sandals. Let’s be real. I would never pay $995.00 for them so seeing a similar version for only $79.95 made me light up. The subtle difference between the two shoes is the 5″5″ heel on the Steve Madden sandals vs. the 4.7″ on the Jimmy Choo sandals. Maybe it’s just me, but the zipper accent seems to standout more on the Jimmy Choo Gleny Sandals.

By now, you all know I love accessories, so I was immediately attracted to the Roberto Cavalli Chain-detailed Leather Sandals. It’s like wearing a bib necklace on your feet. The big difference though – accessories don’t usually cost $1,035. The sandals has 4.5″ heel and removable gold metal chains which is great because it seems like you have two different shoes. I’m thinking for that price, they should also turn into winter boots. #ImJustSaying. I’ll have to save a lot of pennies to be able to afford them. So in my Fantasy File they’ll remain. Fantasy Files: Bottega Veneta Cocolave Crocodile Tote

The bright green hue of the Bottega Veneta Cocolave Crocodile Tote grabbed my attention right away. It was only when I saw the price tag that I had to check it out further because I figured it was made of some extinct (yes, I meant extinct, not endangered) animal. That’s the only rationale I could come up with to explain a $24,000 handbag. That’s like walking around carrying your student loans, a car or a down payment on your arm. As my bff would say, they are real proud of their stuff. Clearly.

The vibrant green crocodile tote features pewter-tone hardware. It has a short handle with ring detail, a detachable small press-stud fastening case with key and padlock inside, Intrecciato and eyelet detailing at top, a fold-over flap at front, a taupe suede lining, an interior zip-fastening pocket, an interior pouch pocket and stud feet at base. Seriously, I was waiting to read something like, “this bag comes with a two round trip tickets to Bottega Veneta factory to watch them being made”.

Luckily I already purchased a bag in the same color family so I’ll be just fine this Spring. With my purchase, I saved a grand total of $23,970. Ha!

You can’t lose with Jimmy Choo but you can go broke if you ever wanted to treat your feet to a pair. I have to admit that Jimmy Choo designs some badass shoes but expensive is an understatement. The gladiator style platforms are gorgeous but the price will put a dent in your pocket for a while. Lately, I have been into animal prints – leopard to be exact, but the Jimmy Choo Gleny Snakeskin Platform Sandals have shifted my focus to snakeskin.

The shoes have a teetering 4.7″ heel with a zipper closing. I love them *Sigh* but I would never, and I do mean never, pay this much for a shoe so in my Fantasy Files they stay. Be sure to let us know how you feel about this Fantasy File.

Since my mother made me purchase a clutch for an event, I have a new found love for them. I was browsing Saks and I came across Jimmy Choo Daphne Leopard-Print & Neon Clutch. One word – hauteness! I never imagine something so small could be so expensive. I mean, I can’t even fit all my belongings in it. Nevertheless, it’s very, very cute.

It’s made of nappa leather and soft, leopard-printed pony hair and has a sliding closure. The silk lined clutch measures 9″ w X 7″ h X 1″ d. Fantasy Files: Marc Jacobs Desir Stam Quilted Leather Satchel

There’s just something about a quilted bag that I find so appealing, so divine. I think they make such a dignified statement. Though I’m not typically a fan of red, the Marc Jacobs Desir Stam Quilted Leather Satchel caught my eye.

The stunning satchel has been updated for the season in luxurious quilted leather with cracked and stamped finish. It has double handles, a long detachable shoulder strap and gold-tone hardware. It also features an exterior zip pocket and top kisslock closure with interior zip pocket.

If the price were say, $1000 less expensive, it would so make it’s way home with me. But it’s not…so it won’t. It will remain an item on my ever-expanding Fantasy File.

Since I’ve been working so hard lately, I do believe it’s about time I purchase myself a designer bag. Though I’m looking for a bag that will have a bit more longevity (and a lower price tag), I still can’t help but find myself coveting the Burberry Prorsum Medium Osprey Leather Tote.

The silver leather tote, having a fringing effect, features one handle, ruching at the sides, studs on the base and has black designer-stamped lining. Fantasy Files: Emilio Pucci Cutout Studded Leather Pumps

The Emilio Pucci Cutout Studded Leather Pumps are nice to look at, and since I’m not crazy, that’s all I’ll be doing. The 5″ heel and 1″ platform shoe features silver-tone studding. Honestly, there’s no way I could ever see myself paying $1,150.00 for shoes, but I love them nonetheless. The good thing is that I’ve seen so many design inspired versions that it’s not a complete loss. Nevertheless, the Emilio Pucci Cutout Studded Leather Pumps will remain a Fantasy. Have you ever come across a shoe and suddenly felt yourself getting really excited – that is, until you scrolled down to the price and were struck had that awful like someone stole your lunch money? That’s exactly how I felt when I came across the Sergio Rossi Scalloped Suede Slingbacks. Sitting with a 5 1/4″ heel and 1″ platform, they have scalloped edging and bronze lining, which really makes the shoes “pop”. The price isn’t as bad as we usually see on Fantasy Files but it’s still out of my price range, so once again, they will remain in my fantasy file. I decided that I would start a new tradition for Sole Intuition, one of many I’m sure. Fridays are usually the day of the week where I’m completely unfocused and I’m literally doing anything and everything not to crawl under my desk, turn my “space heater” on high and take a cat nap. Fridays are also the day that I probably surf the web more than any other day of the work week. I daydream, I take long lunches, like I said, pretty much everything BUT work. Since I do catch myself daydreaming from time to time, I thought I’d share some of those “fantasies” with you.

By daydreaming, I mean scouring some of my favorite sites and fantasizing about buying really expensive ish – like $1200 shoes and $2000 bags. I will call them my Fantasy Files because pretty much no how, no way, (*singing* not todaayyyy) do I ever see coming to a point of spending that kind of money on a regular. Hmm, on a regular, who am I kidding? I mean, ever. So, from this point on, I deem this last day of the regular work week, Fantasy File Friday. I hope you enjoy.

Many words come to mind when I look at them but badass is really the only way I can think to describe them. Sitting 5 1/2″ high with a 1″ platform, the pumps will make everyone stop and stare. The multicolor platform and heel along with the gold multi straps makes them a must-have…but only in my deepest dream. The Christian Louboutin Ulona 140 Platform Pumps have more than enough flavor so you should keep your outfit simple. They’re priced at $1,695.00, which is again way out of my price range.
