I’ve been going on and on…and on about Chanel-inspired jackets for the last three months or so. Sometimes you need that one piece of clothing to complete your outfit. The Forever 21 Puckered Sleeve Knit Cardigan is a great piece to have. I can just see me wearing this on casual Friday or even out for drinks with the ladies. Its comes in smoke gray, though I wish it was also available in black. For only $19.80, I won’t complain. I know it’s not exactly lightweight jacket season, but as soon as its warms up just a little, I will be wearing the Joyrich Motorcycle Jacket. I am absolutely in love with it. I know the color has a big effect on why I’m so dreamy eyed over it, but I’ve never really see a motorcycle jacket with a hood. The hood gives it a little more edge. Biker Chick: Evans Denim Asymmetric Biker Jacket

I thought I was all but over denim jackets, but the Evans Denim Asymmetric Biker Jacket changed my mind. I love the edginess of it and plus the bf is in a motorcycle club. I could so wear this to one of their events. You all know how I am about event specific. The jacket features an asymmetric zip as well as zipper pockets and comes in a medium wash.

The Fred Flare Navy Ruffled Hamptons Jacket is femininity at its best. I love the androgynous approach of the structured jacket. The explosion of cascading ruffles along the front make it so sweet. I’d style it with a flowing, yet structurally sound dress to play up its competing personalities. If you want to play it safe, you could always pair it with jeans or well tailored trousers.

The jacket is a poly/wool blend and is currently only available in a large. If you’re interested, you should probably act fast. It may be restocked, but with items so incredibly on trend, you just never know.

On A Cold Winter’s Night: Torrid Natural Faux Fur Vest

I’ve been going back and forth on whether or not I’d purchase a fur vest this season. After all, it’s not like the climate in which I live ever gets cold enough. For me, it’s all about fashion rather than function and since the Torrid Natural Faux Fur Vest is marked down from it’s $78.00 price tag, I might as well make the purchase.

The vest would look great casually styled with denim or even a fun black dress. Since I have both in my closet, I’m certain that I’d get at least two or three wears out of it.

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you know that metallics are a go-to look of the season. I don’t really care for metallic bags, but I’m all over the idea of a metallic jacket. Specifically, the Lane Bryant Cropped Metallic Jacket. When deciding on the right jacket, the most important thing to remember is the style (I’d go for anything cropped). I prefer a muted metallic because otherwise you end up looking like Marilyn Mccoo from her Solid Gold days.
